Millennials Eat - Popular product claims and where produce fits in

Ashley Nickle, editor of Produce Retailer, and Amelia Freidline, copy editor and designer for The Packer, recently visited a Kansas City-area grocery store to get a sampling of what kind of product claims produce companies are using on their packaging.

This retail field trip came about as Amelia and Ashley perused the list of product claims rated most highly by consumers the Food Marketing Institute surveyed for its recent report about U.S. shopper trends.
