I agree,overflows are a good thing.They do sell more product. If you build it too far off the table ,the display is not shopper friendly.People are always kicking the bottom of the display,or reaching too far back to reach product in the back of the display.

Excellent point, Produceguy! - This particular spillover was just right for shopping efficiency. However we've all seen those ultra-deep displays that are not shopper (or stocker) friendly. One must take care not to over-build a display or it defeats the purposes of increased sales and minimal shrink. Thanks! - Armand L.
