While we’re all talking about how great squash/zucchini noodles are, spaghetti squash is just sitting there going "hey guys, I've been here all along!" 

Confession time, folks. I’ve never actually eaten spaghetti squash.

I’ve bought it, thinking I’ll get around to cooking it and then it dies a slow death in my pantry, so this time, with something new and exciting on the table, I decided to give Robinson Fresh’s new Orangetti squash a try in my kitchen.

What is Orangetti? Well, it’s an orange version of the spaghetti squash we’re used to seeing in the produce department. It adds a pop of color, which is fun, but it’s also a healthier alternative to traditional flour-based pastas.

I’m looking at you, ketogenic diet folks.
